8oz Westfield Farms Spelt flour

2oz sugar

4oz butter


Cream butter and sugar, add flour and press firmly in to a greased baking tray.Bake at 170c until golden brown.


Filling

1 small can condensed milk

2oz sugar

4oz butter

2 dessertspoonfuls of syrup


Melt all ingredients together in a pan stirring occasionally. Bring slowly to boil and boil for approx 7 mins stirring all the time, take off heat and beat .


Topping

1 x 150g bar Green and Black’s cooking chocolate


Pour on to base and leave to cool.


Cover with the melted cooking chocolate. Slice when cool.
